May 1 College Decision Deadline

Dear All,

Believe it or not, May 1, the National Candidate's Reply Date, is coming up soon! We are happy to help if you want help talking through your decision--stop by our offices!

When you are ready, and if you haven't already, please fill in the google form we sent you, letting us know what you have decided.

A quick reminder that colleges are serious about their enrollment deadlines -- please make sure that you know the date when your college is asking you to respond by and make sure that you have submitted everything required of you by your college by May 1 or the date they stipulate. This might mean a financial deposit, a form stating your intention to enroll, or more. Read your directions.

Remember too that it is unethical to submit a deposit or an intention to enroll to more than one college at the same time. Do not do this. If you do, and if colleges find out that you have done this, they will usually rescind their offers of admission. (If you are admitted off of a waitlist and change colleges, this is fine, but sending two intentions to enroll at the same time is not fine.)

Best of luck as you are deciding. Let us help!

Best,
Ms. Mills, Mr. Hudson, Ms. Stratton
