A St. Albans education builds leaders who will serve the greater good. Our Upper School Social Service Program is led by the social service director and the student Service Board, a 40-student team led by 15 student leaders. Their initiatives instill in the student community a sense of concern and responsibility for the region in which they live, cultivates a better understanding of people with whom they share the world, and fosters a commitment to continued service.
In the Lower School, students conduct seasonal toy, food, and clothing drives; contribute to causes identified in chapel or by individual classes; and volunteer their time with local organizations serving the elderly and the unhoused.
