Gyre 2022 Wins Two Awards

Congratulations to the editorial board of Gyre 2022, the school’s literary and arts magazine, which won two awards from the American Scholastic Press Association: first place with special merit and most outstanding literary-art magazine for 2022. Supported by faculty advisor André Hoyrd, editor in chief Eliot Chang ’22, and associate editors Benjamin Acosta ’23, and Liam McCarthy ’23 created a the journal highlighting the broad range of students’ interests and creativity through poems, academic and expository essays, an interview with a faculty member, photographs, and paintings.
