However the chairs could be arranged to maximize the number of people who can attend would be ideal, so maybe just in rows as usual with serving tables at either end. Inside, I don't think there's a need for a special setup, as the speakers could just use the microphone and everyone can sit at the tables, which would spread everyone out.
