Athletics Awards Night Honors Bulldog Achievements
The Athletics Banquet brought together athletes and their families, coaches, and administrators together for a night of dinner and celebration. Long taking place in the Cafritz Refectory, the banquet moved to a well-decorated Martin Gymnasium for the first time. The home of the basketball team, the gymnasium was transformed into a full banquet hall, with a stage, curtains, beautiful decorations, and a DJ. Dozens of athletes were honored with performance and character-based awards. Athletic Director Dan Ryan emceed the event, which closed with the announcement of a new Athletic Department Award, which considered a combination of performance, character, and support from teammates. The inaugural winner was Thomas Schehl '24 (Soccer). Congratulations to all St. Albans athletes and a sincere thank you to the parents, administrators, coaches, and staff members who sacrifice immensely to support our student athletes.
